Equipment Description

Each driver identification terminal is equipped with a twelve key metal keypad and a twenty character vacuum fluorescent display and a HID radio frequency card reader.  Optional ticket printer the ticket printer will be a Star 542 industrial dot matrix printer with auto-cut and an eight-inch paper roll that will produce up to two thousand tickets per roll. The data collection system will operate using Coal Systems Software Automated Scale System Software.  This program will run under Windows and will be programmed in Visual Basic.

The system can easily download data files (SQL) to most any accounting or data management system.  All software functions are password protected with multiple levels of access to the system.  A wide variety of data files are included which allow the input of information such as customers, haulers, drivers, material, pricing, destination and more. The computer hardware is provided for a complete turnkey system. All transaction data will be retained by the system for reference and report functions.

The system includes a set of standard reports along with a Crystal Report Writer.  The report writer will allow the user to develop new reports as needed or modify existing reports.  Generation of reports will not interrupt the operation of the system. The system also gives you the ability to export your report data.  There are over twenty different format options you can export in.  Some of those include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Lotus and Rich Text.
